Delivery Service

For all flooring orders - the delivery window is between 8am - 6pm, sometimes it is possible to get an eta on the day but not guaranteed.

Wood flooring orders are normally despatched to arrive within three to four working days.  Delivery to UK mainland is free of charge on orders for £750 plus VAT and above.  For orders below this level the delivery charge is £40 plus VAT.

Our standard delivery service for accessories is 2-4 days. Delivery is free of charge for orders for £500 plus VAT and above. For orders below this level the delivery charge is £9.95 plus VAT.

These prices will apply to the vast majority of orders. However, we reserve the right to quote an additional delivery fee for orders being shipped to Scotland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands - and, at our absolute discretion, in situations where the shipping fee is disproportionate to the value of the order.
